Bridgeway is a growing organization and is transparent about its current programs, capacity, and partnerships. The list below describes referral sources Bridgeway can accept, not necessarily organizations with which Bridgeway currently has a formal partnership.

Who We Accept
Straight answers, so you know before you spend time on a request.
A privately operated supportive housing provider running transitional and reentry programs. Bridgeway holds no Indiana Department of Correction contract and is not a halfway house or work release facility. Placements are voluntary.
Bridgeway currently offers transitional and reentry housing with supportive services, resource navigation, and case coordination.
Bridgeway accepts people on probation, parole, and community supervision, and coordinates with supervising officers on address approval.
Length of placement is based on individual progress and readiness. Extensions may be possible where supervision requirements run longer than the standard placement period. This is discussed during intake.
Housing and support services provided by Bridgeway Community Services are non-medical. Bridgeway does not provide medical care, nursing services, treatment, or medication management. Residents who need clinical services are connected to licensed providers.

How fast do you respond to a placement request?
What information do you need to send a referral?
Your contact details, your client’s initials, which program, and a target move-in date. Supervision status helps. Full identifying information is not required at first contact, so you do not need consent in place before finding out whether a fit exists.
What happens if a placement does not work out?
Will we get updates on a client we referred?

Bridgeway operates as a service area provider. House addresses are not published, and some Bridgeway programs house people whose location must stay confidential.
