Supportive Housing Indianapolis, IN
Nobody Rebuilds From Nowhere.
Supportive housing Indianapolis adults move into while they line up work, documents, and a plan. Bridgeway serves people leaving incarceration, treatment, and homelessness across Marion County.
Welcome to Bridgeway Community Services
Where you are going matters more than where you have been.
Starting over is hard, not because people lack effort, but because the first thirty days demand stability before stability has been established.
A job application requires an address. A driver’s licence requires one. A supervising officer may need one before the next step gets approved.
Bridgeway provides a stable place to begin, with the structure and support to help you move forward.
Our residents have access to safe, structured housing, clear expectations, and resource navigation designed to connect them with employment, identification, healthcare, benefits, transportation, and other essential services.
Because rebuilding a life takes more than a place to stay. It takes a foundation for what comes next.
Transitional Housing and Reentry Housing and Support are accepting referrals now.
More Than a Room. A Place to Begin.
Bridgeway provides safe, structured, and furnished living spaces designed to give residents a stable foundation while they work toward their next chapter.
Fully Furnished Homes
Move into a space that’s ready for you. Each home is furnished with a bed, storage, and comfortable shared living spaces so you can focus on rebuilding, not starting from an empty room.

Why Choose Bridgeway
- Founded by a Registered Nurse. Jayella Jackson spent her career beside people at their hardest moments, and years before that working in correctional settings. She built Bridgeway for the gap she kept watching people fall into.
- You know the terms before you move in. Rules, cost, and length of stay on the table before your first night.
- We give referral partners a straight answer. If there is no bed, we say so. Case managers who get the truth on Tuesday send someone else on Friday.
- Support comes with the room. Case coordination is not an upgrade and not a separate charge.
- Your history explains where you have been, not where you are going. Everyone here arrived from somewhere.
“I have had close family members experience incarceration and homelessness. Watching people I love struggle to regain stability opened my eyes to what people face long after they have served their time. One setback should never define a person’s future.”

Close the gap for someone
Someone waiting on an income determination. Someone leaving treatment with nothing but a bag. Someone who needs a bus pass before they can take the job they were offered. Contributions and partnerships close those gaps.
